BridgeLink Commerce distinguishes between:

2. Strictly Necessary Cookies
The Website uses technical cookies required for security, hosting and website operation.

BridgeLink Commerce does not intentionally send project-form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, ASINs, product URLs, project descriptions or uploaded-file information to Google Analytics.
4. Microsoft Clarity
BridgeLink Commerce uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the Website, including aggregated interaction information and session-recording features.
Clarity may use cookies including:

BridgeLink Commerce configures project forms so that submitted project information and other sensitive form content are masked or excluded from Clarity recording where the feature is active.
5. HubSpot
BridgeLink Commerce uses HubSpot for website analytics, lead-management or customer-relationship functions.
Where the HubSpot website-tracking functionality is active, HubSpot may use cookies such as:

HubSpot behavioral website tracking is treated as optional Analytics and remains subject to the Website's Analytics preference.
This is separate from operational processing of information that you deliberately submit to BridgeLink Commerce.
For example, if you submit a project request or contact form, BridgeLink Commerce may process or transfer that information through its operational backend or CRM so that the request can be reviewed and answered. That operational processing does not depend on accepting optional Analytics cookies.
6. Calendly
BridgeLink Commerce uses Calendly to provide Discovery Call scheduling.
The Calendly scheduler may appear:
- on the dedicated `/book` page; or
- within relevant service pages after you select Book a Call.
Calendly is a third-party scheduling service and may use its own cookies or similar technologies within the embedded scheduling experience.
Calendly's own privacy and cookie practices apply to the scheduling service.
BridgeLink Commerce's optional Analytics preference does not prevent you from booking a Discovery Call.
Where technically applicable, the Calendly scheduler is loaded only when needed rather than being unnecessarily active across the Website.
7. Analytics Consent
On your first visit, optional Analytics technologies are not activated for BridgeLink Commerce analytics unless you choose to accept them.
If you select Reject optional, the Website remains usable and you can still:
- browse the Website;
- submit a project;
- contact BridgeLink Commerce; and
- book a Discovery Call.
Rejecting optional Analytics does not prevent BridgeLink Commerce from processing information you deliberately submit for the purpose of responding to your request.
Advertising-related consent signals remain denied. BridgeLink Commerce does not currently use behavioral advertising cookies on the Website.
8. Managing Your Preferences
You can change your Analytics preference at any time using Cookie Settings on the Website.
You may also delete or block cookies through your browser settings.
Disabling strictly necessary cookies through your browser may affect Website functionality.
Third-party services such as Calendly may also provide their own cookie or privacy controls within their services.
9. Changes to This Policy
BridgeLink Commerce may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies used on the Website, the way those technologies operate or applicable legal requirements change.
The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated when appropriate.
